Visual Perception

Visual perception is the process of organising and interpreting visual information. Difficulties occur when children aren’t receiving or interpreting visual information accurately.

Visual perceptual difficulties can impact on many areas of academic performance such as: reading, spelling, handwriting, maths and comprehension.

We can assess and treat visual perception difficulties. We help by analysing the way a child / young person completes a variety of tasks, in order to gain a better understanding of the specific difficulties a child / young person may be facing and how these difficulties are impacting on their lives and daily activities.

If you have any concerns about visual perception, please call 01664 567917 or Contact Us.
