Excellence
We have committed occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) who work alongside and support our team of talented occupational therapists (OTs). We provide excellent training and we have a generous base line wage for all of our team.
Clinics
We have three clinics that are fully equipped with all the clinical equipment needed to ensure the best therapy and outcomes for our young clients - climbing apparatus, swings, and more. CTS Prides itself in providing multi location dedicated facilities with the most up to date apparatus.
Development
Our staff are encouraged and supported to develop and specialise their skills.
We work with final year students heading towards becoming newly qualified. We run a preceptorship scheme designed to attract and nurture new talent as well as providing further skills to those OT’s to change their specialism.
