"Hi, I'm Lucy!"

I am a qualified Occupational Therapist and I am currently doing my placement with CTS.

Prior to being at CTS, I worked at an SEN school for 8 years where I worked with a wide range of children with varying needs. I also began to develop my knowledge of sensory integration during this time- which I am excited to develop more with CTS! When I first discovered occupational therapy, I remember reading a quote which said,

"A physio will help you walk to the door and an OT will help you open it," 

From there I was sold, and I embarked on my OT journey and now I am here! I am passionate about working with children and helping them to access what is important to them, during my short time with CTS, I have seen a snippet of how they help children to open their doors to opportunities in a variety of ways and I am thrilled to be a part of that!"
